I enjoy food. Isn’t that something we all do?

When I cook for others I feel how easy it is to connect through the experience of sharing food. Even a lot of childhood memories are connected to these moments. Ever since transitioning to a plant-based diet, I had the extreme fortune and joy to feel what it is like to nourish myself and others in a cruel free, healthy, and sustainable way.

We are all on different paths on our journey and food is something so personal and emotional. I am always happy and grateful when I have the opportunity to share my creations with others and see them enjoy the food that I prepare.

I have found different ways of sharing my love for plant-based food with others. Sometimes it’s in private situations, sometimes I can share my knowledge with others in workshops and mostly I get to cook on retreats where I can nourish my guest for few days and give them a new experience what it feels like to thrive on a plant-based diet.

Retreats

In a retreat you can enjoy plant-based food with no effort in all it’s abundance. This is where I can fully express my creativity and surprise you and myself each day with new creations and varieties. You will feel what it’s like to be on a 100% plant-based diet and depending on the retreat you will even feel how amazing it is to have a strong practice and still feel nourished and satisfied.
