FEEL HUMAN

I MOVE ENERGY

The practice of Thai Yoga Massage has given me a modality of connecting with others through the gift of mindful touch.

I was introduced to Thai Yoga Massage in 2014 on my first visit to Sunshine House in Greece where I met Krishnataki, who to this day to me is one if the most inspiring teachers and who I now call a friend.

Thai Yoga Massage to me is the combination of traditional Thai Massage techniques combined with the flow and elegance of a mindful yoga practice. It is less of a traditional western massage where the physical body is massaged but it is rather a work with the energy body. It is the physical application of the four sublime states of mind like they have been taught by the Buddha:

Metta

Loving kindness - application of loving-kindness in one's day-to-day conduct, as a distinct technique of meditation or culture of mind, a total commitment to the philosophy of universal love and its personal, social and empirical extensions — loving-kindness through all bodily, verbal and mental activities.

KAruna

Compassion through the deep understanding of our united experience of suffering. We are here in this world to realise that we are all suffering and we can only end this suffering by not contributing to bring more of it into the world.

Mudita

Joy that we bring into the world and share it with others. Sharing our own joy and celebrating the joy of others . Joy that we bring into the world and share it with others. Sharing our own joy and celebrating the joy of others .Joy that we bring into the world and share it with others. Sharing our own joy and celebrating the joy of others .

Upekkha

Equanimity is a perfect, unshakable balance of mind, rooted in insight and stability in the face of the fluctuations of worldly fortune. It is freedom from all points of self-reference; it is indifference only to the demands of the ego-self with its craving for pleasure and position.

SUNSHINE HOUSE Greece

This is where it all began. My journey with massage and touch started in the Sunshine House in Greece. It has become a home and the community of people who practice and offer Thai Yoga Massage has become a family. You don’t see any pictures of me offering massage here but I host this video on one of my visits to Greece and I feel it transports the atmosphere and the beauty of this practice. I hope you get an idea of what Thai Yoga Massage is and should you be interested in learning it for yourself I can only encourage you to go to Greece and visit Sunshine House.

What People Are Saying

“A Thaï Yoga Massage with Sascha is an incredible experience! From the very first minutes, while he was just only focusing, still a meter away from me, I could already feel a strong stream of energy entering my body. The massage was performed with a peaceful confidence and made me feel at the same time grounded and light, open to the circulation of this energy flow. This massage has been such breakthrough that I decided to train myself to this awesome practice !”

“I got many massages in my life. Some relieved the pain, others helped me to relax. Only Sasha took me on an emotional trip and went to layers beyond the body. I reached a state of connection with myself difficult to explain. And I also made some decisions after the massage that change my life. He will say I exaggerate, I know he is a humble human being. The truth is that that was my experience. He connects with the energy of your body and then transformation happens!”
